"The juice on check-in was very tasty. The staff were really friendly, and not in the performative way, but in the "yeah, we run this place and we care" way. The rooms were hip and classy. Breakfast (french toast, pancakes, chicken sausage, hash browns) was all top notch, and at a price that would feel like a reasonably-good value at a restaurant that didn't have the typical hotel markup. Almost stayed in town an extra night to eat the breakfast again."

"Breakfast was good! I enjoyed that the proteins changed from day to day! The front desk staff were very kind and informative. I wanted housekeeping to come and take out the trash which they did AND picked up after us and made our bed while we were out for the day. We will definitely stay here again when we visit chicago again, its about a 40minute drive into the downtown area. Worth it if you want to have some quiet away from the big city each night"

"This property should not even be listed on Expedia. The staff here is horrible. And so is the ownership. Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay."

"Rooms are really nice and comfortable. View was awesome. Location is great, especially if you plan on spending a lot of time near navy pier. The noise level when you’re in your room is wonderful. No loud noises during the entire stay, which we greatly appreciated. The staff we experienced were not super helpful or friendly, and the phone in our room didn’t work.
