"Check-in was quick and easy, and I appreciated how helpful the front desk team was in answering questions and giving recommendations. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed with modern amenities that made my stay very comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy, and I slept better than I do at home! "Our stay was phenomenal. I initially was concerned about potential "bad service" based on the previous reviews. That was not the experience we had. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful, start to finish. The room was clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. "My niece and I loved it here! Staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed the scent of the bathroom toiletries. Nice view of city from our room. Convenient location with lots of good restaurants close by. Not far to get to train. Love that they allow dogs & cats. (We didn’t bring our dogs but it was nice to see a dog there). Very quiet room. Wasn’t the typical loud hallways and slamming doors situation. Would absolutely stay here again!"
