"Very friendly reception staff, received an upgrade.. the one thing I didn’t like was when we ate in the restaurant, there was a 12% discretionary service fee added on to the bill which we didn’t notice u till after we paid… and for what we ate it was extortionate, we had 1 burger and fries and a duck salad which was basically just lots of lettuce with a sprinkle of duck and a handful of pomegranate then a dessert each.. this came to £82 . Which was just slightly less than id paid for the one nights stay ! And when we got a our free drink, the waitress recommended a wine spritzer but then charged us £4.50 for the smallest can of lemonade.. then when we paid the bill she asked if we were going to give a tip !!! "

"Clean close to airport parking available £15 a night think this is quite expensive but it is London asks for extra pillows as they only provide 1 per person i didn’t receive them. Clean and they offer breakfast for a fee but overall a good hotel and very good price "
