"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is super nice and eager to help, they go the extra mile to make your stay special. It’s only a few minutes walk to Waterloo and Westminster stations, there are little places to get food right outside your door as well as nice restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and starts at 6:30am so we were able to have a quick breakfast even if we had early activities, we were happy not no miss out on that! "Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."
