"The structure of the hotel is at par .The staff is ok not excellent you could tell if it's a five star hotel for customer service.They cleaned the room but still a lot of hair on the floor.Coffee is $16 per day , water is $18 before it was complimentary . Las vegas is expensive now not affordable as before.Too bad."

"Only downsides were the exteriors. The need to check in inside the gift shop was not made clear. There was a chain link fence across the route that Google suggested, causing us delays as we had to drive around. Also the use of word “hotel” vs “motel” was questionable; definitely not impressive from the outside. But the room itself was fantastic, and exactly what we were looking for.
