"The Hotel, Restaurant, Bar and other amenities were great. However, the very best part was the staff, who were ALL exceptional-plus!! It was truly remarkable how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff members were. We even found the exceptionally friendly service in many of the other venues that we visited nearby. A fabulous few days in North Lake Tahoe that we plan to experience again."

"The hotel needs renovation. Pools were dirty and not enough staff to keep clean. Beach area was rocky and not well kept.
Worst is the fact that my kids’ room had 2 flying bugs and were not able to get a hold of the front desk to accommodate a room change.
Beach Cafe food also is bad. Stay away if you can.
Overall, very disappointing stay."

"There is no communication. The hotel has a private beach and I didn’t know we couldn’t use the canopy’s that are there in their property. There’s signs around the gate to enter the private beach and no where does it say we have rent the canopy’s or that those belong to the jet ski owners. There’s signs around and security kicked us out completely we still had 1 more night left. We were being harrased by the security’s at the new pioneer hotel. Nobody from the jet ski was with the security from...

"I've always stayed on the other side of the strip, but we were in Vegas to see BTS at Allegiant Stadium so we opted for Mandalay Bay, and loved our stay! The hotel was accommodating, modern, clean and we had nothing but the best help and service from everyone there. My little girl LOVED the lazy river, wave pool and beach, and we had a great time lounging during the day. The location was great - the only tricky thing was finding the parking garage behind the hotel - which was quite popular...

"The room was very middling - poor lighting, a coffee maker missing parts to make it work, the stale scent of cigarette smoke, and carpet you don’t want to touch. Plus, a $30 per day resort fee when there’s really not much resort-y about the place. It’s simply a casino hotel with an overall desperate vibe."
