"We decided to stay here as an early celebration of my birthday, I wish we chose a different place! First issue, was the guest elevator was out of service, and the guests had to use the service elevator. That elevator is on one end, and our room was on the far end, which caused a lot of walking. I asked a service employee how long the elevator was down, she said "more than a week". When we made it to our room (ocean view suite) we walked in to notice it had not been cleaned after the last...

"On site breakfast was great although more chocolate chip muffins would be amazing! They have bike rentals, although we didn't get a chance to use them, we plan to next time!"

"Found a cockroach in the bathroom, the room had a weird smell, paint bubbling and coming off the walls. Overall for the money it’s not the worst, but far from the best. Also lots of homeless people around but they had security up in the front."
