Horrible experience reserved 2 rooms that should have been ready ay 3 checked in a little after 3 and 1 one was not ready theyvtold me ut was almost ready then i called to ask if it was ready the gentleman said he would call me back never did went to the lobby 3 hrs later and it turns out that our second room wasnt ready that something was wrong with it. I was never told they kept sayi g its almost ready then it turns out it had a maintamce issue and i was never told until i told them i been waiting for 3 hrs and they gave us a different room. Which i think we sould of been offered that since the beginning since it had maintenance issurs instead of making us wait 3hrs
