"Stanza ampia e comodissima per quattro persone con otto bagagli. Servizi impeccabili e dotazioni (cucina, lavatrice) utilissime. Balcone utilissimo e vicinanza alla stazione di Shin Osaka (tre minuti a piedi) ottima e funzionale per girare la città con i mezzi oltre che per utilizzare lo Shinkansen per spostamenti più lontani. "such a good find for staying in osaka. it’s close to the station but in a quieter part of the city. plus it has a little kitchen and in unit laundry. very nice and clean. i also messaged the host while there and they got back to me very quickly!! will be staying there again!!"

"This hotel was absolutely amazing. It was super big for Japan standards, the amenities were fantastic, and it seemed very luxurious for the reasonable price. There’s laundry and a spa, Family Mart is right beside the hotel, and it’s in a wonderful location. The vibes were great, the check in/check out procedures were easy and smooth, and it was an overall amazing experience. We’ll absolutely be staying here on our next visit! "

"There are so many great things to say about this property, but I’ll highlight the most important ones. "This hotel is pretty close to Nippombashi station. Convenience stores are close by. Yamato luggage services is also a short walk away. There is no reception in this hotel. The check-in process was a bit tedious, as you have to enter the code they send once you arrive at the property for the doors to open. "The room was very spacious and clean. Liked that the bathroom area can be closed off to the sleeping area. Dryer in the shower room for easy and fast drying. I had a small issue and emailed them to address it and received a response quickly. Nice quiet location away from Dotonburi, but close enough to walk to it. Definitely recommend a stay here. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Citadines Namba Osaka and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. The room was impressively spacious, especially by Japanese city standards, which made the stay extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless — from the bathroom to the bedding — reflecting excellent housekeeping standards. The layout was also practical and well-designed, giving enough space to relax after a long day of exploring. The concierge team at the check-in counter was exceptionally polite and professional. Their fluent English made communication seamless and stress-free. The check-in process itself was efficient and well-managed, taking only a short time despite the busy lobby. Another highlight was the hotel’s strategic location in Namba. It was within walking distance to shopping streets, restaurants, and major transport links, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."
