The hotel feels new, with a clean, sleek design and thoughtful touches such as USB-A and USB-C charging points, motorised curtains and warm lighting that created a cosy ambience. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit on both Murano and in Venice. Murano was a hidden gem for travelling with a toddler. There is a playground next to the hotel and two more within about a mile....

Although the breakfast was the same every morning, it was consistently fresh and delicious, so I really enjoyed it. I would definitely stay at Hotel Conterie again next year when I bring my family. I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons, but what impressed me the most was how exceptionally clean everything was. The service was outstanding, and it made my 5-day stay in Venice...
