"Excellent location. Only 1 minute walk from the water bus dock. Hotel has a private dock in the back if you're taking private water taxi. Walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, shops."

"We had a very good stay. The service was excellent, the staff were welcoming, and the hotel and its facilities were lovely. My only suggestion concerns access with luggage. To reach the vaporetto, guests have to cross a small bridge with steps and no ramp, which can be difficult with heavy suitcases. It may also be challenging for guests travelling with prams or using wheelchairs. It would be helpful if the hotel could offer advice or assistance with luggage and accessible transport options. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay."
