The hotel is relatively new so in good shape, although the room is tight, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious with an overhead shower and tub separated from the sink and toilet. If you chose not to have the room cleaned, they will leave clean towels, pajamas and the amenities in a paper bag outside your door. "Great location close to Shin Yokohama station and blue line subway stop. The property is bit old but much better than other Japanese business hotels (budget but clean small room hotels) in the same price range. Staff was very helpful! Easy check out by the automatic machine. "

"Very convinient, JR Line , Osaki Station. All Hotel staff members are friendly and helpful. Last but not least , Hotel Guest have access (for a fee) to a member only Fitness Club inside the building. I will stay in this well funktion Hotel again ."
