"Hotel is absolutely beautiful!! The location is safe!!, however kind of annoying to enter and leave from as very windy roads. Also the rooms were a hike to get to and from, but it's kind of private in a way. The rooms are super clean, towels replaced each day and room cleaned each day, and the staff were all super friendly! Limited dining options at hotel restaurant, the food wasn't the best. I was very happy with my stay!! "

"The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean. The bed was nice. There was a large refrigerator and desk as well. What surprised me was the lack of power outlets/USB near the desk or bed - I had to disconnect the lamp to charge my electronics. The bathroom was nice, but it was not maintained well. It should be renovated: there were tons of limescale and the faucets were hard to operate. Moreover, the towels were terrible - the high synthetic content rendered them non-absorbent, so...

"Our stay was amazing at the bungalow! Things just to keep in mind is you are in the middle of the jungle so we did find a lot of ants in our room and some other bugs but nothing that overly affected us. Other than that the rooms were in tip top shape and the staff was amazing. It is on a mountain so ask the receptionist about delivering food, it wasn’t overly expensive as well. They brought dinner and breakfast right to your door and we’re so kind. Would definitely stay again!! :)"

"I expected a lot in this hotel because i book with the VIP access benefits. The staff didnt honor any benefits from VIP access even if I am the only guest in the resort. I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room. I paid for the upgrade even if it states that it is one of the benefits as a gold member which is...
