"Pool gave me green hair , safes didn't work in one room and no instructions in the other no staff able to communicate properly how they work. Location was great and staff very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Very dated and outdoor kitchen no cleaning cloth or soap provided."

"Location is great and easy access to many places. Staff were helpful and professional, however, hotel charges you for pretty much everything, limited restaurant/food options, constantly trying to make you pay/close out the bill immediately after placing order by the pool which is extremely inconvenient and odd to do and makes the guest feel like they are doing something illegal. Rooms are not adequately cleaned eg not cleaning/sweeping of the floors, removing empty bottles/glasses or food left...

"Amazing one week stay in December 2025. All staff were welcoming and so willing to help with any request. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa and the amenities were clean and well maintained. Was happily surprised to find Australian power outlets. There is a super market just across the road and lots of restaurants close by if wanting to venture out and about. "

"The hotel was very clean and our 2 apt complex lovely. What I would note is the bright light from the streetlight outside our villa shone straight onto my pillow which meant I couldn’t sleep on that side. Also there is a large building site next door, which wasn’t noisy other than the odd truck going up and down - we hadn’t been told about the building works. But it was ok for us though it may get busier. Staff very helpful and lovely. Free shuttle to run you around Nusa Dua which was...
