"Good - Checking in n out are so fast and no hassle at all. Room clean but no window at all. Aircond cold Bad - Bedsheet got stain, toilet got smell if the ventilator is not on, the pipe at the sink is wobbly and not easy to turn it on. No TV channel except YouTube movies."

"Booked a suite room for my 1 night stay. Merely less than half an hour after check-in, I was stuck inside the room & unable to get out as the door latch was faulty. The metal piece was already crooked & wooden panel at the door was semi detached from door panel (the whole door was loose and couldn't close fully). 3 maintenance guys came, unable to solve the issue from outside so I had to help them to unscrew the latch from inside. Adjacent to plenty of amenities i.e Family Mart is smack right in front of the Hotel with a walking distance to LOTUS, MCD, Pharmacy.
