No comfort room, dusty, many ants the air conditioner no cool, even we open 16°c turbo, the flush water is slow, disappointed about the hotel with this price. We need to clean the room ourself

The room was too small but i still can.accept it but the staff service was definitely bad. Request an iron but keep me waiting from 10.30pm to 11.30pm and lastly call to request at 5am still cannot provide me an iron. Bad and bad. Not recommended.

Modern Hotel

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Free Wifi and free breakfast are nice to have. What impressed me the most is the cleanliness of my room. Places where I am expecting dust, to my surprise, there is none at all!

My stay at V Hotel Kuantan

We were told lack of one room when check in at the evening, then offer one of us to stay at the other hotel (which belong to their chain as well). After we put up objection, we were given room without any window and my room air-conditioner was just like steam engine making me awake whole night and not cold. Breakfast is ok. Cannot ask for more with the price
