Nice hotel and staff

Pros: The staffs are friendly and overall is comfort and good. Cons: Parking is limited but there is a public car park short distance from the hotel. The room that we stayed is a bit dirty in terms of small little insects on bed that will make you itch, ants gathered freedomly on the wall, floor a bit dusty(make your feet black) and the transparent toilet door is too clean! (Make me knock onto it few times Cz it’s too clear 😂)

Room size

At the time of booking, no info was given abt the different size of the room. I feel like in a prison cell due its size. N im not quite whether the price i paid was worth the exclusive deal im entitled given by expedia thru email. I feel cheated. Parking was very limited n i had to park my car some 300m from the hotel. The shower is so slow as if there was a water rationing. The aircond switched off automatically every 1 hour. This interrupted my sleep resulting almost sleepless night. Definitely this is my first and last stay in the hotel. No thx to Expedia for recommending it. I will get trivago's help for my stay in the nxt trip.

Nice hotel near the river

The view of the river can be seen through our room. The view is nice. The hotel also provides parking in front of the hotel which are very good.
