Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, it's small but that was expected. Really liked that the shopping and dining areas were walking distance from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay🌺

Great hotel! It had very nice amenities and location was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Rooms and service were nice and common areas were comfortable. No problems at all.

The staff was so courteous. I discovered that I left my watch in the room after I checked out, so I called and they helped to package it up so I could get a courier to deliver it to me at the airport in Seoul. They were very helpful!

The staff was nice and the room just big enough for 2 adults. Rooms very clean and lots of light fixtures. Favorite part was it's right in the middle of Insadong and a 20 minute walk from Myeongdong. You're right in the middle of most places and 20 minute walk from must subway lines.
