The concierge lady was very helpful during our evening check-in, making the process smooth and efficient. We appreciated that she even provided us with fresh towels daily, despite us not requiring housekeeping. The hotel's proximity to amenities like CU and Olive Young was a bonus. The hotel's location is also great for exploring nearby attractions on foot. You can walk to Myeong-dong in about 30 minutes. If you're looking for some natural beauty, the famous Cheonggyecheon Stream is just a 15-minute walk behind the hotel. For shopping, Lotte Supermarket at Seoul Station is only three bus stops away. Plus, the airport limousine bus stop is within a 10-minute walk, making travel convenient. We'll definitely be back!"

"Very pleased on the location, options on the lounge were great. Breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend, however , our room was given to us one hour earlier than check in and unlike other hotels I have stayed at all my life , we were charged a fee. Never seen that before. "
