"Reception was very cordial and made our arrival feel wanted and welcomed. Very spacious room and very quiet, had very good sleep. The restaurant also looked after us perfectly well and food was well prepared and well presented. Thwre are 2 comments to make 1. For older people (we are 75 years old) to get in and out of the bath tub (for showers as well) was very difficult. I would add a handle somewhere. 2. The jacuzzi doea not have a button to make it work."

"Location was perfect which is walking distance to Myeongdong night market, and the lomousine bus to/from airport. The room is clean and good size. We love the mountain view overlooking the NSeoul tower. Staff are friendly and the rooms are being cleaned daily. Buffet breakfast was average. So better to just buy outside from Isaac’s Toast. The hotel is near 7-11 and CU which are convenient for early bites when we had early tour pickup. Overall, we really move this hotel. "
