"Dissappointing, bathroom had stained toilet seat, mirror showed signs of decay, stained seal round bath, tv poor not one english channel available, could not cast to tv, not what i would call 4*"

"The first night we didnt had hot water, we had wait 1h to fix it. Also, matress too hard and the room noizy. Nice place, easy to reach! The pool isnt heated"

"Breakfast was very nice, with responsive and friendly staff. Our room was in another building behind the hotel on another street. We were on the 4th floor, thank goodness there was an old elevator! The AC was new, room was very small, and water pressure in the shower fluctuated a lot in the morning. Best to take a shower at night!"

"Located within a mile from the Vatican this three star hotel is a great value when including the very good breakfast. All staff are very attentive and friendly. We booked the two triples but with two adults in each the were mostly comfortable with nice verandas and tables with four chairs outside as well. The third bed actually collapsed to half size and we used for laid out luggage access. Although tbe double "vintage" rooms also on sixth floor had very cool inlaid wood furniture, we also had antique drop open writing credenzas that had also a clothing drawer in addition to other drawers in the closets. If you appreciate the warmth of antique furniture, this is special. A refrigerator (not minibar) in the other closet so quiet did not know we had one the first two days. The entire room was well organized and tasteful. We stayed just one week. Would not hesitate to come back."
