"The room was disgusting walls were covered in dirt, toilet handle was hanging out, beds were diabolical and there was no heating. I can say definitely 1 of the worse hotels ive actually stayed in. The only pro was the staff were amazing, very kind and friendly and tried to help where they could but shouldnt be like that. Also advertised they had a restaurant but that wasnt open. "I stayed here one night before an early flight from stanstead. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 min drive to the airport. The chap at front desk was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both clean as was the shower. The room had tea making facilities and a hair dryer. The bed was not so good very bumpy, you could feel the springs, and parking is not free as stated I was charged £6. 50. Overall ok for a one night stay. "
