"Elevators are horrible, outdated, old and one of the two guest elevators didn't work for two days of my stay . No ability to buy water or anything else at the hotel, if you want water you need to go to the second floor with your own bottle to refill from a water machine. Having to pay a Destination Fee for lousey internet was a rip off. Yes you get two drink coupons with it but that isn't as important as having good internet which there's isn't. Only because it was located in an area I needed to be wouls I stay there again."

"Superb location in the theater district. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Large king bed room and new bathroom. Hotel lobby, hallways, air conditioning, and elevators are tired and need refreshing. Rooms need a comfortable chair to sit in. Reasonable price for NYC . I would stay again."

"The hotel is in the perfect location for travelers seeing Broadway shows and is also walking distance from MoMA, Rockefeller Center and Port Authority. I was in an accessible room. Unlike in the online photo, there was no folding shower seat. However, a portable seat was brought to my room immediately after I called the desk. The lobby is huge with many seating options, a bar, and free entertainment at night. "
