I liked the location of the property and the friendly staff. The rooms were clean and ample towels were provided. My only complaint was a rather big luggage cart was right outside of our room and we had to move it to get in and out of our room.

Perfect spot. Staff people are amazing from manager, Mia, to front desk people Jennifer, Tia, Saran, Crystal, Emmanuel and any one else we saw including cleaning staff. Everyone was congenial, helpful and friendly. The rooms are very small and bathrooms are fabulous. We stayed for 3 days and rates were doable. We wanted to stay an extra day, the the price leapt to what we could not afford. Thank you staff. Looking forward to the cafe when it opens.

The best part of Cambria is the location, literally a block from Time Square. The room was clean, nice sheets, no odor, very good bathroom. The lobby was small but very functional and efficient. Staff was very nice.
