"The whole experience was excellent. The property layout was unique, we loved how the pool was splayed across the resort and led right to the beach. I would say it was a little difficult to figure out the activity agenda for the day. We eventually found that the coffee shop had a posting daily with activities. The sea weed was also heavy while we were there but I expected that after reading other reviews. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The facility was very clean and the food was great. The Italian restaurant was top notch. We had a great stay and will definitely visit again."

"El hotel es excelente, deben mejorar en las actividades, sabemos que es un hotel de adultos, adolescentes y niños pero cuando reciban grupos grandes de equipos de deportes deben asignarles unas piscinas exclusivas ya que estos jugando tiraban bolas y le daban a los adultos mayores 85 años, 80 y 90 años que llevamos a disfrutar y no pudieron disfrutar las piscinas. Además presenciamos a una local muy molesta y diciendo palabrotas por ganar en un juego a una turista de PR. El equipo de empleados no pudo controlar esta situación y uno de los empleados de actividades en vez de tranquilizar la situación alentaron a la señora."

"I liked how the staff treated the visitors. They were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The rooms were very clean and the pool was amazing. The restaurants were top notch. The gym was perfect for a morning work-out. Loved everything about it!"

"Such a beautiful resort. We stayed for a whole week and loved every minute. Definitely worth getting the swim out room with its own cabana. Also loved that we picked Mirage adults only side. Very quiet and relaxing. Room was very spacious and clean. We got housekeeping everyday to clean and change our towels. Had our own butler, Amable, to help us plan our day and always ready to cater to our needs. We enjoyed the market place buffet the most compared to the specialty restaurants. The Steakhouse was very good too. The spa was wonderful! Got a lymphatic massage. The amenities at the spa is so nice, way better than the ones I’ve been in the United States. All the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Nightly shows at the Pavillion is nice too! Would definitely recommend Majestic Mirage Punta Cana!"

"The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing too. The rooms are also nice and it’s not too bad of a walk to get around. They do offer golf car rides for dinner reservations if you’re in the Xhale suites. The concierge/butler service was amazing. You only have this service if you’re on the Xhale side."
