This hotel is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are nice and attentive. It’s not very busy which we needed at the time. They will drive you to beach and you can get day passes for secrets resort next door. They also have a good food and drink menu for low cost.

Everything was perfect the food was really good we payed for the morning breakfast and then we got the check thinking we still had to pay and then they reminded us it was free it was just a receipt and returned the money which other people would have just kept it but the staff was perfect everything was really nice

Room was beautiful, spotless and the staff is excellent! Because of a winter storm we needed to add a one night stay before our main resort was available so we chose the Royal Beach hotel. Restaurant was outstanding, and we spent the day enjoying the outdoor pool. Did I mention how great the staff treated us?! We would gladly return here.

The room was spotless. The team was very courteous. I felt really bad for the poor waitress, who was working alone in a packed restaurant with everyone ordering at the same time. It's impossible for one waitress to serve so many tables simultaneously and provide good service. Not because she was a bad waitress—she was trying really hard. But she simply can't provide quality service to every table on her own.

I don’t understand why it’s the 3-star hotel. It should have at least 4 stars (the only things missing were bathrobes and slippers in the room). The rooms and amenities are new and clean, the housekeepers refreshed the room every days (many thanks to them!). The swimming pool area is beautiful, new sunbeds, the water in the pool was warm. There is also a transportation to the private beach provided, which is nice. Among the cons: too cold in the reception area (unpleasant to stay there for too long) and not distinctive food (a bit tasteless), so we chose to eat elsewhere and order deliveries.
