"Todo estuvo excelente 👌 personal sumamente atento y amable , habitacion limpias siempre , comida muy rica en el Mercado apesar de tener acesso privilege en el Mercado me gusto mas la comida mas variedad , bar muy completo , piscinas excelentes. José Miguel nuestro mayordomo siempre atento recomendado 100% sus servicios. Lo único malo que diría seria en el baño el área inodoro muy cerrado el espacio para personas obesas, músculosa o muy altas deberían hacerlo tiempo abierto completo y en restaurante con reserva solo no me gustó el italiano deben mejorar el menu de pastas especialmente el de la pechuga y su lasagña 10/10."

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - All Inclusive

"It was the best all inclusive resort we have stayed at. Only our second time to Punta Cana but many different all inclusive resorts in Mexico over last 20 years. We stayed in the Excellence Club section which was adult only. They have multiple pools and bars available only for adults but you could also go the other pool areas. Rafael was our butler . He made reservations for dinner in the 2 restaurants where they were needed . He would send daily times restaurants were open and the activities for the day. He checked with us daily to see if we needed anything. There was 2 areas for Club members to help themselves to snacks and drinks that was open from early morning to late evening. We spent a lot of time at club beach/pool areas . The bar at that area was great only open until 6 pm as that’s when pools were to close but they never really made you leave the pool. Ronny was awesome bartender there along with Santa and Yanirys that checked on us every time they walked past us to see if we needed anything. Our room was beautiful had a king size bed ,double sink, sitting area along with jacuzzi. Mini bars stocked with beer, water and soda along with bottles of Rum, whiskey and wine . Our favorite restaurant was The steakhouse the Tenderloin was excellent. Japanese restaurant was great they cook in front of you. The staff at the bar in lobby downstairs near restaurants were great also. Too many of them to name . Everyone of the staff we encountered said hello and how are you ."

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana an All-Inclusive Resort

"The check-in was easy, We booked a room with two beds. We were upgraded to bigger suite but with a single king and two pullout couches. The location of this room was great, right on the beach and next to a restaurant. No complains on location. The pullout couches was horrible. We needed up sleeping on the couch than the pullout mattress. Other minor issues, The living room AC was not running, Maintenance fixed it in 30min. Main toilet was leaking and did not have energy to get it fixed or move to a new room. We were offered complimentary champagne two days with some chocolates. The shuttles were good and the drivers were accommodating and helpful. Pools were great, The best part is the beach. We found covered seats both times we went there. Water park is very limited. my kids did the rides a couple of times and were done. Kids did the escape room and had fun. Food was average, we tried almost all the restaurants. The Italian restaurant was decent but not great. The market buffet was very boring and pretty basic. The Japanese restaurant was the best. My kids loved the Mexican restaurant. The steakhouse was very disorganized. Rooms service was decently quick. Overall was a good experience, smaller things could have made it perfect but definitely not disappointed."
