"This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
I chose this hotel because the pool and garden area looked beautiful in the photos, but unfortunately it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
When we checked in and entered the room, every faucet had been left running and water was overflowing from the bathroom onto the floor. We informed the front desk and were told someone would come clean it, but when we went to ask again, we were simply handed a mop. We tried to clean it...

"Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10...
