"The hotel and rooms are great and reasonably priced.
The check-in process however was horrible. The front desk walked us to our room and when he went to open it there was male guest staying there. Apparently staff was supposed to move him to another room but he was unaware. They went back & forth for 5m until the staff finally found us another room 30m later. While they ended up upgrading us to a nice suite the entire process was frustrating especially at night when we just wanted to sleep. "

"We had a great stay overall. The place was very clean, spacious, and in a really good location. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference.
One of the best parts was having access to both beach and pool chairs, such a nice perk because we didn’t feel the need to go to beach clubs since everything we needed was already there.
