The physical resort is attractive and well maintained, but the guest experience fell short over a five‑night stay.Check‑in and communication
Check‑in was very slow even with online check‑in done in advance, which set a bad first impression. The app was unreliable and not intuitive, and event schedules were often wrong or in the wrong location, with almost no proactive communication from staff.Dining and snacks
No à la carte restaurants were available to reserve for the entire stay, and every day required begging Guest Services for a table while some guests were seated as walk‑ins, making the system feel arbitrary and unfair. Snack options were weak, especially after breakfast ends around 10:30 and after dinner, and some hot items, like eggs under heat lamps, were served cold.Staff and atmosphere
Many staff members did not seem friendly and at times appeared annoyed, and limited English made resolving simple issues harder. Cleaning staff were loud in the morning, there was no music at the pools, and there were not enough pool chairs, which hurt the overall vacation vibe.Room design
The bathroom layout offered very little privacy, which was uncomfortable when sharing a room.Overall, it is a nice‑looking property, but poor restaurant access, bad communication, and inconsistent service made the stay much more frustrating than a five‑day all‑inclusive vacation should be.
