"Beautiful property with an amazing city view and comfortable bed. Only complaint is my towel had a stain and the couch had rips it in. It was very pretty and the staff were friendly! Great value, I'd stay here again!"

"Back for a second visit after less than 3 months as loved it so much the first time. Love the spacious rooms, thoughtfully designed. Bathrooms are huge with great rain showers. Fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment. Lovely pool, which was really not busy at all. Great views from every window in room. "Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. "I absolutely loved my stay at the Dorsett Residences in Kuala Lumpur. The staff were very kind and helpful and the property itself was beautiful. The amenities were wonderful. The views were great. The area is situated near Bukit Bintang, and is close to anything you would want whether it’s food options or shopping. I will definitely book here again when I come back to KL next year. "What made my stay here different was the service. Akira (or Akari, apologies) was a very welcoming, friendly and helpful woman at reception. I was a bit stressed as my luggage from Istanbul did not arrive. Dealing with a super warm reception person helped a great deal. After learning of my ordeal, she upgraded me to a very nice room! She didnt have to do that. After checking out, Asmawi at concierge also put in an extra effort to get me a Grab which was difficult during peak traffic. Several Grab drivers opted out but Asmawi persisted until I got my Grab for KLIA express. Will definitely stay here again."

"It was a perfect 2days.Upon arrival was greeted warmly and they gave me early check in which l needed badly as was not so well.Good clean room. "After landing it took a bit to find but once arrived it was a fantastic first impression. Well appointed, well designed and the aroma was so inviting. For an airport hotel it deserves a 5 star rating. It has all the amenities of a world class hotel. In fact, I’d consider staying here then do day trips to city center I the future.
