"The hotel is located in a business park and was very close to where we had to work.
Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable but outside the building looks run down. Flaking paint etc. but inside is ok.
Breakfast was excellent.
Is not far from the airport and a 15 euros taxi to Playa España. Or there is an underground station 5 minutes away to go into Madrid center"

"Standard business hotel with clean facilities that was in a convenient location for our purposes. Reasonable transit connections to Central Madrid. Sort of a desolate area, but correspondingly quiet.
No in room Wi-Fi, but the lobby service was more than adequate. We had adjoining family rooms, and that worked well for us."

"LORENZO at the front desk reception helped us a lot. He advised us on transportations to Madrid as well as the best tourist travel pass to get. He also gave us a really nice room with a view and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Room was always cleaned and tidy.
Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Subway station and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended !!!"
