It was beautiful, the staff were wonderful! We had Adrian and Alan for our butlers and they exceeded our expectations! Always checking in to see if anything is needed and always happy. "We had a really nice stay at Wyndham Alltra in Playa del Carmen. The hotel was so beautiful and the staff was great and very attentive on our needs. A bit sad that the beach is so rocky and not very accessible, but we were told that it is possible to to just go a bit further down the beach where it is more accessible - we unfortunately didn’t have time to go there. But that’s a minor thing, and I would really recommend staying at the hotel!"
