"Cute small hotel with close proximity to Paddington Station. A bit quirky with crazy access to rooms - even using the elevator there are several stairs and fire doors to contend with. The small rooms are really small so not great if you have a lot of luggage. However I really lovely this hotel and there is a nice coffee bar in the entrance hall."
"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.

The staff were friendly & provided exceptional service. Highly recommend! parking can be a bit of a challenge if you’re driving, so look into that before your arrival & you should be G2G! "
