Wonderfully welcoming front of house who arranged our 3 night stay on the spot as we weren’t happy with a different hotel we had booked nearby. Excellent value for money, brilliant location within 2 minutes walk of Piccadilly Tube station and their complimentary croissants, muffins, bottles of water, tea and coffee machine in Reception were welcome additions to our stay. We would definitely recommend this boutique hotel and look forward to staying there again!

I have been staying in various hotels around Paddington for work and this is by far the best. The lobby was welcoming (and smelt nice!) and the room was super comfortable, bathroom was modern/clean. I will definitely stay here again.

The people at the reception were really nice. The hotel, not worth. Too small rooms, no desk to work on your computer , not in the room, not in the entire hotel. We wish we had better cleaning service.

Very convenient for Paddington Station and surrounds. Facilities were very clean and tidy, front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but covered the basics (notable exception of NO marmalade!)… Would book again.

Good Spot - solid choice for a London explore

Terrific location - just a short walk from Paddington Station. The hotel was easy to find, they offered water & coffee while we waited for our room. Convenient to restaurants, Hyde/Kensington Park, shops & very nice pub - The Victoria - 2 blocks away. Clean & quiet - our room was on the lower level -typical of many London hotels. Paddington Station has a grocery store, lots of convenient shops & Tube Station. City sites 20 minutes away on the Tube.

Very friendly staff at the hotel. Hotel was very close to Paddington station and was so easy to navigate around London. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The rooms were small but ok for the purpose it was intended of just somewhere to lay your head. I liked the little personal touches of having a selection of hot drinks and pastries in the reception, free bottled water in the rooms and also being able to leave luggage on the day or arrival and departure.

The breakfast area was a tad claustrophobic and the food a little mediocre. But the new hotel conversion has made the most of the building and it’s safe and very convenient. The staff are excellent - polite and efficient.

The room was booked to accommodate 4 adults which it did, however it was in the basement and felt a bit claustrophobic. I might not have booked if I knew ahead of time it was below ground. There was also a used bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Everything else looked clean and was probably just overlooked but still not a great thing to give you confidence that the room was cleaned properly. The staff was kind and the location great.

Grand Concerto Hotel-not very grand!!

Excellent early check in but rooms were very small, no drawers to put underwear etc in, no hook on a door to hang outdoor clothing and not enough hangers on the small wardrobe. Air conditioning was very good. Staff not at all friendly, some didn’t even speak when we said good morning and on check out didn’t say a word! Location was very good as only a 2 minute walk to Paddington station, plenty of shops and cafes in the area and a 5 minute walk to Hyde Park. To say the hotel has only just been refurbished there was an awful lot of dirty marks on the walls and one of our rooms overhead shower squirted sideways so hit you in the face when the door was open and went all over the floor.
