Hotel berdekatan Muzium Makmal Alexander Fleming

"We had the most wonderful stay at the boathouse with my mum and sister — such a unique and unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us personally and gave us a lovely tour around the boat, showing us everything we needed to know. You can really tell how much thought has gone into every detail. There was a hairdryer, straighteners, plenty of plug sockets (including USB sockets), and lots of mirrors — all those little touches that make such a difference when you’re...

"1. No toiletries upon check in. You need to wait for slippers and toiletries. 2. Room needs refurbishment. Broken chair, old furniture, toilet got molds at the corner and sink basin also not properly cleaned. 3. Staff at the cafe made fuss when I wanted to leave and come back during breakfast buffet time. I was told ‘You cannot eat twice’. Very shocking indeed."

"We stayed at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens for three nights and had a very mixed experience. Our first night was particularly difficult. We arrived after midnight, but even allowing for the late hour, the staff seemed surprisingly inexperienced and unprepared. Unfortunately, the quality of service did not improve much during our stay. The main issue is the lack of a professional reception experience. Whenever we asked a question, staff often looked at one another as if unsure who knew what to do....

"Good for a 1 night stopover"

"We only stayed here one night. If you don’t mind an extremely small room, then this hotel is good for several reasons: 1. It’s incredibly close to the Paddington train/tube station. 2. It provides a very nice free breakfast. 3. It’s cheap. 4. It was clean."

"Really good value, clean room in the middle of London. The owner would be advised to leave an info card in each room with wifi password and contact details. Communication through the hotels app is not that effective. I would use them again."

"Lovely breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Staff very friendly and polite."
