"Everything was so clean and the staff was super nice. My boyfriend and I had the private room and bathroom for 5 nights in early January. I was afraid it would be too cold or hot but there was a thermostat we could adjust ourselves. The subway stations are very close and even in the evening I felt safe walking back to the hotel. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in NYC. "

"Staff was friendly, seamless checkin, loved my capsule (1 in 6 bed). There is no elevator but I lucked out not having to climb the stairs. Bring in the capsule took getting used to (5 ft 5) not too narrow like twin bed size. It was convenient to the subway station but note C & B trains do not run late (B) not on weekends which I didn’t realize. Great for a quick overnight and would highly recommend. "I love this place. 2nd time staying here. Very clean and in a great location. Very close to many hot spots on the city. The price is great for what you get. The bathrooms are shared, but I never had to wait to use it. I will say that there is no elevators in the building, so if you are not staying on the first floor you have to use the stairs. Not a huge deal as it keeps you in shape, just like the walking in the city does! For parking we used the Madison Square garden garage, as it is just 2...
