"We liked the location because of its proximity to the train station especially arriving from Heathrow Airport. It was so accessible to places of interest, lots of shops nearby and lovely restaurants."

"The advertisement photos are incredibly deceiving. A “Superior Double Room” is a tiny room with a window view of a stone wall. The stairs are very wonky and hazardous. "

"Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online.
The property is on a quite street in the city mile.
I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch.
The room I had was set away from others so it was private and quiet. The bed is really comfy. As with the entire property, it is tastefully decorated throughout.
