"Can’t fault this hotel. Was clean, provided amenities were very good, very good location between the Keihan and Karasuma lines. Bus options plenty also. Close enough the central spots with walking distance to dining spots. Cannot comment on breakfast as I didn’t have it at the hotel."

"When we checked in, the staff member who assisted us kept saying “Please turn on the TV in your room to check” no matter what we asked, and gave almost no explanation. That part was disappointing. However, all the other staff members were very kind and left a good impression. The location was great, and the breakfast was delicious, so I would like to stay there again."
