Highlights were the helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel, breakfast, spacious room with the beautiful and relaxing view of Uji river. The best hotel and experience in all our travels in Japan!"

"It was an amazing experience at Prince Kyoto. The view from the room was breath taking. It’s one of the best experiences I have had staying at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite and went above and beyond to help. We enjoyed their hospitality and kindness. Love to stay here again in future."

"Big, clean room in a great location. The hotel is well maintained and feels contemporary. The only caveat (which is to be expected in Kyoto) was the mass chaos of the breakfast buffet."
