"The room is big for four of us. The sofa bed is so big can fit at least 6 people but we didn’t use it much. I could see the Kyoto tower which was very nice at night. The washer/dryer was our life saver. We loved the setting of the room so neat and practical and clean. We only stayed 3 nights so they didn’t have housekeeping service for us. "Location was exactly what we wanted from this portion of our family holiday. Hidden amongst the small streets of Kyoto and a short taxi ride from nearly everything. Room was very spacious and staff were helpful. There is a an extremely well stocked supermarket + pharmacy withing walking distance which was great. Highly recommend. "

"Everything was perfect for our family of four. The hotel is very clean, smells good, and the staff are very nice. I communicated through email, and they answered promptly. There are grocery stores right next to the hotel, many restaurants nearby, and it’s within walking distance to tourist spots, shopping, Kamo River and train station."
