"Shoutout to Larry! Our first room's AC was broken and there was a wet spot on the carpet. I called the front desk, and they sent a technician (Larry) up to the room (he arrived quickly too). He was attentive, and went through the steps to troubleshoot the issues I explained. When he realized after troubleshooting, that this was not going to be fixed right away, Larry spoke with management to get me another room. Not only did we get another room, but it was an upgrade! My 14 year older daughter...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at the AC Hotel. The property was modern, clean, and beautifully maintained from the moment I arrived. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the sleek design and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area...

"4 different staff members went out of their way to attempt to stoke me into unnecessary and potentially unfriendly conversation. Housekeeping on the 3rd floor has a set up that is not comfortable. Had only one unpleasant encounter w maintenance staff in same nature as general service. Orlando has a lot of servers yo. And yes, the rooms have open sockets where lights used to be with potential for abuse in my experience. I liked the area closer to the mini airport and festival park better."

"Beautiful, beautiful hotel. Staff was incredibly sweet, and breakfast was 10/10. Room was clean location was quiet and didn’t have noisy neighbors… the only thing I did not enjoy was the hot water was not as hot as I would’ve liked.. that was a bummer. Everything else was great!"

"Nice staff. They don't provide parking but don't mention it in until after the 3rd party pretending to provide parking has your car, if at all. Expeit to pay $50+ a night in addition to the price here just to park. There is no street parking either, no mention of it or signage. The free breakfast was provided by Motel 6."
