I want to start off with upkeep is the biggest factor for me, and it is why my score isn’t at a 4-5. Water pressure from the toilet is very poor. It requires a good 5-10 minutes if you want to flush more than once. Cleanliness wise, there were set-in stains that are on the toilet and the shower floor. Perhaps it’s just chips of ceramic that were gone from use and maybe hard water stains in the shower. That’s not something that the cleaning staff could reasonably fix without heavy duty cleaning agents or would require maintenance staff to repair/replace toilets. The cleaning staff was so kind to me during my stay. They get an A+ especially since the second I got into the room, it didn’t feel gross like this one Holiday Inn I stayed at in Tampa.
Again to reiterate: the cleanliness issues requires more than just the staff to use the same products. They don’t have any blame in this.
Lighting in the rooms could be better, but it’s not something insanely important for most people.
The elevator door in the parking garage is *very* shaky. First ride was a bit concerning until I realized that it’s an ongoing thing.
Aside from those issues, I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is very polite. It’s clear they value customer service. Front staff is great per usual. Special shout out to Jah from Parking who was very kind to take a photo of me and my friend that dropped me off one day!
