This stay the window was open in our room when we arrived -the handle was missing & it couldn’t be close. "Clean hotel great staff. 2 nights couldn’t sleep as was last room on bottom floor and there was a gate outside that kept on slamming all night until at end of trip they said they figured it out and would get it fixed. As well showed up at 2:30 to check in and they said the room is ready but they would have to charge me if I checked in 30 min early as that’s their policy. "
