"The positives are that the condo is spacious, the resort complex is beautiful, and the pool area is excellent. The location is also convenient for exploring the Kona area. However, the condo itself feels quite dated. The furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances are all older than expected, and the cookware was heavily scratched and should be replaced. "Place was great. Gotta search the closets, but there's snorkels and beach chairs and everything you'd want for a nice weekend. No AC. Missed that in the initial description, but if you open everything up while you're there it's pleasant. Both of the TVs were bad when we got there, but we texted the people and both were replaced before we left. Would recommend this property to anyone. Good location. Nice amenities. "

"Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo! (Other than maybe a pizza cutter for those buying cheap frozen pizzas for dinner)."

"We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!"
