"What an amazing property but even more importantly what a superamazing staff!! Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! "I stayed at Orchid Room. I woke up with ocean waves and birds. Clean, safe and comfortable climate in December. One step away from the most beautiful snorkel beach in Kona. The people are very responsive and nice! Thank you!! "

"Quiet place"

"Perfect hotel! The ocean view is gorgeous. We left our lanai doors open all night to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves. Woke up to huge surf! The room was clean and comfortable. The manager Kai is a kind and happy host. I would highly recommend Kona Tiki. "

"The view was amazing and the condo had a large lanai with comfortable furniture to enjoy it. Everything was clean, and well stocked, including the kitchen for cooking meals. The building itself is a bit dated, but the condo was comfortable and the bedding, towels, etc. all felt fairly new. There was no AC, but the fans helped keep the temperature comfortable. "

"I loved my stay in the bamboo cabin at Gingerhill Farms! The staff was so sweet and helpful and the cabin suited my purposes perfectly. The grounds are a gorgeous lush forest full of fruit trees that is so lovely to walk around. I would recommend it to everyone who has an appreciation of nature and the outdoors :) "
