"The staff were without a fault delightful. Particular praise for Matteo on the front desk, Edouardo in the bar and restaurant (made me a cocktail variation) and Irini who lead the service in the restaurant."

"We stayed here from Oct 9-11, 2025. The place is so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were planning to stay in Venice but we were glad that we stayed in Murano instead. The place is only a ferry/boat away from Venice. Our room was clean, also they offer breakfast. We would come back here again. "
