Great hotel, big comfortable modern rooms, excellent breakfast and very practically situated next to train station. If you’re coming from the airport, take the taxi boat to Guglie and walk over, a short 7min walk away.

Excellent hotel! Superb location, very attentive staff, extremely clean and super close to the train station. A real gem of a hotel with contemporary outfittings. Smallish bar and nice breakfast area. Don’t overlook the landscaped park in the back.

Stay at this hotel was top quality besides the fact that they ran out of slippers. The hotel was clean, substantial space in room and washroom. Location was great. Walkable distance to Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. San Marco 30mins walk away but a nice walk. Close to the Fondamenta Nove for ferries to Murano/Burano. Great stay! Definitely recommend.

It was a beautifully designed hotel. A feeling of calm and quiet. The room was peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and staff here friendly and attentive. The only criticism we had was that the lighting in sink vanity area was really bad. Almost impossible to put on makeup or take eye contacts in and out and no hooks or towel bars for towels in sink vanity area.

The hotel was very convenient. Right by the train station and in walking distance to everything. The vaporetto is right outside and the bus station is just 10min away. We were there for 3 nights and the breakfast was included and very good. Water was available for us in the room. The only complaint is the noise from the street below. There’s not much insulation in the walls or the windows. The air conditioning was great especially from those hot temperatures outside. The rooms are always clean when we come back everyday. It’s a very nice place to stay. The newly renovation makes it feel cleaner and newer. The staff are not very helpful with the area. He tried to tell me misinformation about the strike while we were there. Luckily we researched and checked it properly.

Location is the best ,after Desenzano lake harder I came to Venice They made my birthday special and the chef made me a birthday cake with a candle at breakfast and played happy birthday the breakfast was very good loads to choose from the staff were amazing the room was lovely the restaurant was great and well priced good location not far from the train station so no long of a walk or getting water taxis I will be coming back to explore more of Venice but out of season as the heat is worse than Dubai sun beating down in the small back streets late June / July 35c / 37c Very Sad to leave love it here ❤️

This is a perfect hotel for anyone traveling to and from Venice by train. It is a 2 min walk from St.Lucia and you don’t have to cross any bridges, which is a huge benefit! The air conditioning was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. It felt very luxurious. Would highly recommend!

The rooms were spacious, elegant and clean. Modern design, and quiet. The location was a 2 minute walk from Santa Lucia train station. It cancels the need for expensive water taxi, or crowded vaporetto, or labored walking with heavy luggage through narrow streets, up and down the steps of the bridges , to get to the hotel. It was hassle- free, and quite convenient for us, as we arrived by train from Rome. From the hotel, it is a leisurely walk to… anywhere, including St. Mark’s Basilica. This hotel has a beautiful zen- like lush green garden, where our group would meet up before exploring, and where we would wind down at night. We would get drinks by the bar next to it. Breakfast is included and it was quite good: bacon, sausage, spinach quiche, eggs, roasted vegetables ( potatoes, egg plant), yogurts, toast, tray of different cheeses, salad station, sweets station( chocolate croissants were soft and delicious, some brownies, pie slices, cookies), juice, coffee, still water and sparkling water. There was indoor and outdoor sitting. Gelato and crepe shop right next door! I highly recommend this hotel and this is where we will stay when we return to Venice. Only one con: no iron and ironing board.
