"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they offerus “one room left”, but we had to pay for dinner and breakfast.
The dinner was bad - limited number of choice and the quality of food pretty bad.
The breakfast was not to our liking and was noisy - too many people.
