"I love everything ab this hotel. I even extended my stay fr 1 day to 2. The staff were very approachable and quick in action. The reception even offered me an upgrade with a breakfast voucher. I was so touched by their concern. The room was so clean, spacious, well-lighted, and most importantly, so wangi! This included the bathroom. Such a pleasant experience!"

"The wash basin leaks water at the bottom, the toilet light is spoilt and the toilet seat is too close to the wall with little leg room. Reception counter staff is not friendly."

"I’ve booked apartment and studio suite. Both units are quite spacious but the conditions are not really good..wall paper in the apartment being tore, no unifi, airconds are not well functioning. As for the studio, the bed sheet got some stains and some parts are tore and housekeeping should be improved."
