"The hotel lobby is spacious and beautiful. They have a few different spaces to sit and work or perhaps just chit chat with a traveling companion. I booked a one bed bedroom and the space was big. Bigger than any other one bed hotel room I’ve ever had in the past. I loved the desk next to the tv, the couch by the window, the couch desk, the bathroom and there were so many outlets in the room. Having control of the thermostat was fantastic too! Front desk staff were so kind and helpful too."

"First, we were put in a room that was already occupied. They even asked us to bring the luggage inside the room to the front desk. They put us in a different room afterwards. Second, they have coin operated laundry machines. They couldn’t provide quarters. They said the safe code was just changed. They didn’t have access to their change. "I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"I stayed here for a work trip and I think it was pretty great. The common areas were clean, the host responded in some occasions. They communicated well with check in and check out. I do have some concerns, I brought up some safety concerns I had concerning one of the other guests and my safety. This guest was up at random hours of the night and I reached out to the host with no response from them. I had to reach out to the housekeeping who reassured me that all cameras do work in case...

"My new favorite Chicago hotel! My room was beautiful, with a view of the river and Corn Cob buildings. I love the window seats- I could have watched the boats go by all night long. Amenities like a coffee maker with real coffee mugs and glass glasses in the bathroom, as well as a hydrating face mask, are really nice touches. Location is amazing as well, right on the border of the Loop and River North."
